Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in vocational schools, especially in SMK Negeri 2 Tuhemberua, faces challenges in instilling spiritual values and improving students' academic achievement. Good school discipline and high learning motivation play an important role in improving student achievement. This study aims to analyze the relationship between school discipline and learning motivation on student achievement in PAK at SMK Negeri 2 Tuhemberua. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that school discipline and learning motivation have a significant influence on student achievement. Good discipline creates a conducive environment for learning, while students' intrinsic motivation strengthens their involvement in PAK learning. This article discusses the synergy between school discipline policies and strategies for increasing learning motivation to improve student achievement in Christian religious education at SMK Negeri 2 Tuhemberua.
