This study aims to analyze how the assistance provided to the ODGPZ group in maintaining recovery after undergoing the twelve-step Narcotics Anonymous (NA) program using a pastoral lens. The method used in this study is qualitative, and it was collected through interviews and documentation with ODGPZ, MOD, Counselors, and PM. Pastoral analysis is used to determine how assistance is provided by MOD or counselors to ODGPZ or residents who have undergone the NA twelve-step program. The study's results through pastoral analysis highlight the important role of companions in helping residents undergo rehab, the twelve steps of NA, and spiritual aspects. The implications of the results of this study are discussed to improve understanding by ODGPZ assistance. Through this study, the author found a theological reflection on the image of God, Imago Dei (Genesis 1:26-27), that God created humans in the image and likeness of God; humans fell into sin. They damaged the image of God so that through the atonement of the Cross, Jesus was willing to die and sacrifice to atone for human sins, and God is the Most Forgiving God.
