Aging is often accompanied by various physical, psychological, and spiritual changes that affect the quality of life of the elderly. Many elderly living in nursing homes experience feelings of loneliness, isolation, loss of meaning in life, and even despair due to separation from their families and communities. This study aims to analyze the quality of life of elderly people at the Anugrah Nursing Home in Pematang Siantar from a psychospiritual perspective. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that psychospiritual aspects play a significant role in shaping the quality of life of the elderly. Elderly people who are close to God, able to accept their circumstances, and find meaning in life demonstrate a more stable psychological state and a more positive attitude. Conversely, those experiencing spiritual isolation tend to exhibit symptoms of stress, depression, and loss of hope. This study emphasizes the importance of pastoral counseling in supporting the elderly psychospiritually.
